The National Workplace Wellness Symposium (NWWS) is the premier event exploring how to create healthier workplaces. The OzHelp Foundation and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) are proud to jointly present the Symposium, with valued support from the ACT Government
OzHelp is thrilled to announce the participation of the NeuroLeadership Institute in the 2016 NWWS!
At this year’s event cutting edge thinkers will introduce attendees to the cognitive neuroscience of workplace wellbeing. Delegates will have access to enormously powerful neuroscience research, and the emerging worldwide best practice application of it to workplace wellness.

The NAWIC members come from a wide range of backgrounds including; engineers, lawyers, architects, project managers, builders, quantity surveyors, trades, interior designers, small businesswomen, marketing, educators, developers and research and development.
Our Events & Programs
NAWIC organises a range of activities for members and their associates, ranging from social functions, annual Awards of Excellence, education seminars, site visits, mentoring programs, scholarships and key speaker events. Through these activities the organisation continues to support the industry by attracting and retaining talented women as well as recognising men and women who contribute to the promotion of diversity of thinking.

NAWIC Mentoring Programs
There are mentoring programs that are currently ongoing within out chapters. As a part of those programs we are helping bolster the industry with hundreds of men and women both participating as mentees and mentors from a diverse pool of experience, industries, and age. This program has been very successful in helping retain women in the industry!
