FIONA LAMARI

Fiona Lamari is a lecturer in Construction and Project Management in the Science and Engineering Faculty at Queensland University of Technology.


SPEAKERS:

ALISON PRICE

Alison Price is the founder and Managing Director of SoilCyclers, Queensland’s largest mobile soil recycling, decontamination, amelioration and waste reduction businesses. Last year, Alison oversaw recycling projects on more than 50 sites, processing almost half a million cubic metres of material, saving clients more than $5 million, and taking almost 30,000 truckloads off local roads. Alison enjoys helping other women connect, collaborate and grow in the construction industry and is the current president of the Queensland Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), as well as a board member for the Waste Recycling Industry Association of Queensland (WRIQ).


STACEY RAWLINGS

Stacey Rawlings joined Engineers Australia as Queensland’s Division Manager in October 2016. She has a background in finance, event management, accreditation, advocacy and stakeholder management, with over 14 years’ experience as an association executive from previous roles with the Queensland Law Society and Consult Australia.

She is passionate about working with people for great outcomes, including ways to improve uptake of STEM subject and promoting Diversity in Engineering.
