NAWIC NT | 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the National Association of
Women in Construction (ABN 66 070 113 192) NT Chapter will be held in accordance with
the Constitution of the Association as follows:
Date: Friday 5th February 2021
Venue: The Madame Za Lounge Rydges Palmerston –
15 Maluka Dr, Palmerston City NT
Time: Registration from 5:15 pm (meeting commences at 5:30pm)
Order of Business
The ordinary business of the Annual General Meeting will be conducted according to
POL-0006 Chapter Management Policy.
Appointment of a Proxy
Any Member who is eligible to vote is entitled to appoint a proxy if unable to attend in person
– the appointed proxy must also be a member.
All proxies must be notified in writing prior to Friday 5 February 2021 NAWIC - NT Chapter to
