NAWIC NSW | PART 1 - 100 MOUNT STREET SITE TOUR

Laing O’Rourke is currently building North Sydney’s largest and tallest commercial tower on behalf of Dexus - 100 Mount Street - a 35 level premium office tower with retail tenancies and is due for completion late 2018. The development has been designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating, and 5 Star NABERs rating.

In a first for NAWIC NSW; come and experience Part 1 of a 2 part site tour of 100 Mount Street. Part 1 tour will showcase the live construction site, which is now well above the street level, with daily concrete pours occurring. Part 2 will be a return to site at the end of 2018 to showcase the 100 Mount Street construction progression. 

The site tour will give attendees the opportunity to understand the value Laing O'Rourke ‘Engineering Excellence Group’ have provided to the project and Dexus’ leasing campaign.

To close out the 100 Mount street site tour, Laing O'Rourke will host networking drinks, providing the opportunity to speak with key personnel from both the site team, and the wider business.

PPE: This project is a live construction site. Please dress in full PPE which includes; full length trousers, long sleeve shirts, hard hats, steel cap boots, hi-vis vest, gloves and safety glasses. Unfortunately without the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) we cannot grant access to the site.
