Cathryn is an equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and construction industry leader with almost two decades of experience building partnerships and driving change through innovative strategy, exceptional stakeholder management, meticulous project execution and empowering team leadership. A trusted advisor to senior leaders and credible and influential advocate, Cathryn brings over a decade of experience at Senior/Director level including CEO capacities and leading professional and industry membership bodies. Cathryn’s background and skillset afford her a unique perspective and ability to galvanize support and lead positive change within and across sectors – having achieved change outcomes within the construction and built environment along with the professions, public service and regulatory bodies that support, fund and oversee it. Her experience includes advising and working directly with businesses to shift stubborn attitudes, address underrepresentation and attract, develop and promote talent; and leading development and implementation of sector-wide, multi-stakeholder EDI initiatives in Australia & overseas. A positive change-agent at heart, Cathryn combines her exceptional ability to connect people, ideas and elements to create the environment for change, and the passion and energy to build support and mobilize resources to achieve it.
