Jackie Maclean is the Managing Director of Darwin based plumbing maintenance company Gold Medal Services (NT) Pty Ltd. She has been with the family owned small business since 2005. The company has been recognised for excellence in training through the NT Training Awards and Australian Training Awards and Jackie was the NT Winner of the Business Owner category of the 2012 Telstra Business of the Year Award.
Prior to being involved in construction, Jackie worked in the vocational training and education sector in the development of National Training Packages, policy development and review and many other parts of the puzzle that make up the VET sector.
Jackie took on the role of NT Chapter Treasurer in 2016 and is keen to see more women from the small business sector engage with others in construction through NAWIC.
