Kayleigh started in the industry as a cadet structural draftsperson at Sellick Consultants in January 2009. Kayleigh has over 11 years’ experience in structural drafting in various projects including residential design, commercial and industrial drafting, and has since progressed through to her current role as the Assistant Residential Manager and Senior Designer. Kayleigh completed her Advanced Diploma in Engineering Design (Structural Design) in 2012 and is currently completing an undergraduate Bachelor of Engineering in civil with the University of Southern Queensland. Kayleigh is passionate about improving the participation of women in engineering and construction and is a strong advocate for NAWIC’s abilities to develop positive experiences for women within the industry.
