Lexie joined the NAWIC VIC Committee in 2022 before becoming the Partnership Chair in 2023, then moving into the Membership Chair and Secretary role in 2024.
Lexie is a contracts and commercial specialist who has worked in Australia and the UK. She has experience across commercial, high-rise residential, health, retail and large-scale infrastructure sectors.
Lexie has recently completed a Masters in Construction Law at Melbourne University.
Throughout her career, Lexie has been passionate about championing the involvement of women in the industry and finds great value in her role as a mentor. Lexie is currently working as a Commercial Manager on the Spark North East Link Project.
Lexie strongly believes the goal of achieving equity and inclusivity in the construction industry is the responsibility of all its participants, as all will enjoy the benefits.
