Dua Green, a prominent leader in the field of architecture, serves as a Director at AJC and is renowned for her expertise in the master planning and architecture of early learning, primary and secondary schools, and student accommodation. As a highly talented designer, team leader, and relationship builder, Dua’s approach involves deeply investing in research through consultations with teachers, support staff, and students to understand the specific requirements of each client and set of teaching/learning spaces. From individual award-winning buildings to campus-wide renewals, Dua collaborates with some of Sydney’s most respected schools and colleges to design today’s classrooms, shaping the adults of tomorrow. Her visionary leadership and innovative designs have made her a standout figure in the industry.
 
Lynette Apostolou, a distinguished leader with over 20 years of experience, is the Chief Operating Officer at AJC. Her responsibilities include developing and refining business strategies, commercial and resource management, and mentoring and developing talent. Lynette’s extensive background in the architectural, construction, and local government industries equips her with a unique understanding of design processes, client relationship building, and meeting client expectations. Her tenure in Development Planning at Council provides Lynette with an insider’s perspective on the approvals process. Additionally, her expertise in bid management, quality assurance accreditations, marketing, and new information technology systems ensures AJC remains future-focused. Lynette’s professional engagement includes serving as a sponsor for the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property initiative and as a member of the Large Practice Forum at the AIA (NSW Chapter), where she advocates for equality, integration, and diversity across the profession. She also serves as an implementation leader for Champions of Change and has recently achieved an ESG badge from the Property Council. Lynette is also an ambassador for Nex Gen, focusing on building the next generation of construction professionals. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence have solidified her reputation as a leader in the industry.
