This NAWIC event, in partnership with MBM, brings together a panel including a quantity surveyor, facilities and asset management advisor, a client from Community Housing Limited, and a builder to explore how cost and risk are managed across the full asset lifecycle.

Through an interactive discussion, panelists will share practical insights on bridging the gap between capital planning and operational realities, balancing short-term budgets with whole-of-life value, and managing risk from design through to operations.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor (CQS) and MAIQS member, Edna is known for her practical, solutions-focused approach to managing cost uncertainty, contract risk, and project contingencies in complex environments.

Tony Del Nevo is a highly experienced Asset and Facilities Management Advisor with over 30 years in major infrastructure and PPP projects. He specialises in managing lifecycle and operational risks, helping clients optimise asset performance and drive long-term value across complex portfolios.
