NAWIC NSW | ST GEORGE HOSPITAL STAGE 3 SITE TOUR HOSTED BY BESIX WATPAC

 
BESIX WATPAC and NAWIC invite you to join them for a tour of the ST GEORGE HOSPITAL STAGE 3 project.
 
 • The St George Hospital Stage 3 project will bring together a range of ambulatory, outpatient and community services that are dispersed throughout the health campus. 
 
• The Stage 3 works provides for a new integrated Ambulatory Care Building (ACB) which contains 23,000 m2 gross floor area over eight storeys and an additional two level basement car park, together with numerous adaptative re-use works. 
 
• The demolition of the existing carpark started in March 2023 and the Ambulatory Care Building (ACB) will be handed over in November 2025. The landscaping and refurbishment part of the project will be completed end of 2026.

Please Note:

• This project is a live construction site.
• Full PPE will be required for this event. This includes: safety glasses, hard hats, steel cap boots, hi-vis vest.
• There is no on-site parking available however there is public carparks throughout Kogarah. Alternatively, the project is located just a short walk from Kogarah station.
