Over 90 minutes, you'll work every part of the body. A therapeutic and restorative style of yoga, there's no pressure to force the postures. As long as you attempt it the right way, and under the knowledgeable guise of your instructor, you are guarantee to enjoy the benefits!

This class is suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. The atmosphere is friendly, encouraging, and totally judgement-free!
