NAWIC NSW & UNSW Women in Construction $10,000 Tradeswoman Advancement Scholarship

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The NAWIC NSW & UNSW Women in Construction Tradeswoman Advancement Scholarship is a $10,000 award created to support and accelerate the careers of women working in trades and site-based roles in construction.

This initiative aims to fill a critical gap: recognising, developing, and retaining site-based women who are significantly underrepresented across the industry.

Proudly funded by the Women in Construction project at the School for Built Environment - UNSW and delivered through NAWIC NSW’s On the Tools program, this scholarship provides one outstanding tradeswoman with access to education or professional development that builds leadership capability, promotes career progression, and paves the way for more visible female leaders on site.
