128 organisations are currently Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) citation-holders.
The EOCGE citation encourages and promotes organisations' active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces. It sets the bar for shifting the dial and recognises employer’s intentional and consistent work across a range of gender based diversity and inclusion initiatives.
NAWIC acknowledge and commend our member organisations who have excelled in their leadership and achieved the EOCGE citation including:

We encourage ALL organisations to commence their citation journey and get on board with a real commitment towards 25% female participation by 2025.
