I started my working life in residential construction, which laid a strong foundation for my career. This early experience provided valuable insights and shaped my approach to the many careers available in the construction sector, inspiring others to explore diverse opportunities within the industry.
Additionally, I am passionate about giving back to the community, serving as a mentor with NAWIC Vic and contributing to the local school council as both treasurer and president. My involvement with the community grants panel allows me to assist in funding decisions that impact local organizations, aligning with my dedication to fostering positive community outcomes.
Currently, as Executive General Manager for Corporate Services, I drive alignment between multidisciplinary teams and organizational objectives. I also hold a second role on the Board of Directors for Bay Building Group, with a remit and expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. As the executive sponsor of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, I aim to establish robust frameworks for sustainable business practices and enjoy engaging with clients and key stakeholders on these factors.
