Lexie joined the NAWIC VIC Committee in 2022 before becoming the Partnership Chair in 2023.
Lexie is a contracts and commercial specialist who has worked nationally in Australia, as well as in the UK. She has experience across commercial, high-rise residential, health and large-scale retail sectors.
Lexie has recently completed a Masters in Construction Law at Melbourne University.
Throughout her career, Lexie has been passionate about championing women in the industry and finds great value in her role as a mentor. Lexie is currently working as a Contracts Manager at Icon, based in Melbourne.
Lexie strongly believes the goal of achieving equity and inclusivity in the construction industry is the responsibility of all its participants.
