Reimagining Sydney’s first skyscraper

 
Built and Dexus invite you to join us for a special NAWIC NSW site tour of our 33 Alfred St project, the redevelopment and restoration of Sydney’s first skyscraper.
 
The first building in Sydney to break the city’s 150-foot height limit and Australia’s tallest building at the time, the historical landmark is undergoing the most comprehensive upgrade of the building since its completion in 1962, more than 60 years ago.
 
As part of the tour you’ll hear about the range of complex works involved in restoring the iconic tower, the new high performance façade, and integration into Quay Quarter, the city’s newest precinct.
 
Please ensure you wear PPE to participate in the tour including hard hat, hi-vis vest and enclosed flat shoes.
 
The tour will be followed by networking drinks.
 

Please Note:

• Guest are required to bring their own PPE and wear appropriate footwear. Built can provide some spares for guests who do not have PPE.
