Talia Keyes – Scentre Group 

Talia Keyes is the General Manager of Design at Scentre Group with 15 years industry experience delivering large-scale health, commercial and retail developments tailored to local community needs across Australia. She is a complex problem solver and team leader skilled in applying adaptive leadership across multi-disciplinary teams to foster design innovation and collaborative end to end project delivery. 
 
In her 11 years at Scentre Group she has a proven track record actively managing and coordinating geographically dispersed teams, leadership credibility taking action to achieve strategic outcomes, and experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her proven experience working closely with internal and external design teams and clients to inspire strategic design insights demonstrates her strengths in design research, concept development, stakeholder engagement and project management. 
 
As a Registered Architect, Talia is passionate about driving social impact through evidence based design solutions intrinsically linked to people and place, with the ability to strike a thoughtful balance between purposeful strategy and the realisation of economic value. 
 
Talia is a vocal advocate for diversity and inclusion, and the advancement of women in decision-making roles across the construction industry. She currently leads the Gender Equity Action Plan on behalf of Development, Design and Construction at Scentre Group, is an active member of the Australia Institute of Architects National Committee for Gender Equity and was the recipient of the 2023 NAWIC Executive Leadership Scholarship.
