The NT Chapter hosts a Female Trailblazer event which supports to connect and grow women in the Building and Construction industry.
The Program aims to:
- Build the capacity and confidence of women in the building and construction industry to empower our future female leaders.
- Develop a mentoring culture within NAWIC, through building professional networks and personal support.
This interactive event allows small groups to hear the stories of women who have travelled in the construction sector.
