The future of work is here. Employability and career progression in our industry will increasingly be based on your demonstrated skill sets rather than project role or job title. NAWIC’s vision is to advance women in the construction industry and we recognise this opportunity to offer our members a tailored educational workshops to develop your skill sets.Â
This two hour inter-active workshop is for our emerging NAWIC members who are in their early career development. Together with a diverse group of successful professionals we will explore how you can recognise, develop and advance four key skill sets:Â

You will work in small groups with our skills experts to discuss and explore application in construction contexts and take away tips for your development
