Come and enjoy an energising Boxing Style Fitness session that will boost your morale, get your endorphins pumping, and make you feel truly amazing!
Join us at Lacey’s Gym in Osborne Park for 47 minutes of high intensity boxing style fitness, combined with a huge range of full body strength exercises.
This class provides cardio training for women and men of all fitness levels and will be led by TWO inspiring Lacey’s trainers.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable exercise clothes, trainers, water bottle, towel, and boxing gloves/wraps if you have them (otherwise they will be provided on the day)
