Prior to joining NAWIC, I spent over 10 years in the community and investment sector, working on large behaviour change programs for a number of clients.
As a teen, I had a passion for woodwork and won awards for my designs, however, construction was never seen as a career path for young women.
I find myself extremely fortunate to be working for such an amazing company such as NAWIC. I am honoured to work with such a diverse group of people who truly wish to create change within the construction industry.
As a mother to three beautiful daughters, it is my mission to ensure they grow up in a world that offers equality and equity for all.
