The second workshop will be held 18 August 2022 and will be: Building Effective Teams and Influential Relationships Sponsored by – ADCO
In this workshop, we will explore the four DiSC behavioural styles and how they impact professional relationships and team effectiveness. You will learn to connect, collaborate and create better quality and influential relationships at work. You will also receive a personalised DiSC profile and the opportunity for a 1:1 feedback and personal development session.
The third workshop will be held 22 September and will be: Building My Career
Become the CEO of your brand and career - In this workshop, you will spend time considering your career plan and identifying 5 proactive steps you can take to deliver on your personal development and advance your career. At the end of the workshop, you will have a clear action plan to move forward drive your success
The fourth workshop will be held on a date to be announced and will be: Building My Brand and Network
Understand and develop your personal brand and experience how to advance your aspirational professional brand. You will gain an understanding of strategic networking and how to create and utilise your network of contacts to drive your industry knowledge as well as your career.
You can choose to attend individual workshop or the complete series, and tickets will be offered progressively for each session.
