Following on from the last webinar, join last year's IWD Scholarship winner Emma Hassett (nee Georgiou) as she discusses all findings to date on her research topic; Challenging norms in recruitment for Construction: Redefining the talent pool to increase women’s representation at all levels.

In the webinar with Dr Marzena Baker from the University of Sydney, Emma will also discuss the development of the trial and how she intends to undertake it and answer any questions on her work.Emma will also discuss her findings after 500 women participated in her survey. 

This will also be an excellent introduction for anyone considering entering the Scholarship in 2022.
