NAWIC WA | SITE VISIT: WESTRALIA SQUARE 2

Please join NAWIC, Built and GDI Property Group for a walk through of Westralia Square 2. Representatives from
GDI Property Group & Built will provide a guided tour on WA’s first steel and timber building.

The tower is on the same lot as an existing 18 level office building, and is built over an existing 5 level integrated
carpark within the City of Perth CBD.

Westralia Square 2 consists of a 12-story premium office tower and podium revitalisation.
The tower is a hybrid timber structure to significantly reduce its carbon footprint.

The building is one of the first office towers in WA to be delivered under the NCC 2019 codes and has been
designed to achieve a 5 Star NABERS and 5- Star Green Star rating. On completion Westralia Square 2 will be
one of Australia’s lowest embodied carbon building
