The delivery of this $1b project will raise the bar in commercial office space with 50,000sqm of premium floor plates interconnected with a two-storey precinct featuring cafes, restaurants and retail outlets.
The all- electric 27-storey building is targeting 6-star Green Star and 5.5 star NABERS rating - setting a new benchmark for environmental sustainability.
