NAWIC SA | FLY THE FLAG AT FESTIVAL TOWER WITH WALKER
NAWIC and Walker invite you to tour the flagship Festival Tower project currently under construction by Built.
The delivery of this $1b project will raise the bar in commercial office space with 50,000sqm of premium floor plates interconnected with a two-storey precinct featuring cafes, restaurants and luxury retail outlets.
Walker and the State Government have recently completed the 5,000sqm of public realm and carpark directly below.
The 27-storey building is targeting 6-star Green Star and 5.5 star NABERS rating - setting a new benchmark for environmental sustainability.
Importantly, the tour is being conducted on the industry’s well-known Fly the Flag Day, supporting awareness of health and wellbeing services provided by MATES in Construction. MATES will be in attendance as a part of the tour and $10 from each ticket purchase will be donated to the Fly the Flag Day appeal.
