This work shop will focus on three areas of communicating with influence:
- Confidence - how to build your confidence fitness and develop rapport with others
- Speaking up at meetings - how to gain clarity with your objective, steer the group conversation and be heard
- Influence - why ‘facts tell stories sell’ and how to use stories to increase impact
In both personal and professional life, we need to be influential and persuasive in order to get things done this workshop will provide you with tips and tricks that you can implement today.
