October 2007 saw the second NAWIC National Conference held in Sydney. Entitled 'Delivering the Future - women in construction, initiating change' it was held at the Four Seasons Hotel. Once again it provided Networking, Seminars, Site Tours, Panel Discussions and the Crystal Vision Awards Presentation and Cocktail Party.

The second conference follows on the success of the first conference held in Melbourne in 2005 which also celebrated 10 years of NAWIC in Australia.
